Neil Behlmaier
Principal | Associate AIA
Class B Construction Supervisor
From a young boy who loved to build forts in the trees to a young man renovating homes while earning a bachelor of science degree in architectural design, Neil’s passion in the design and build environment has never ceased. Neil began his professional career as the in-house architect for a custom home builder where he became recognized for his attention to detail and for the ease of constructability of his high quality construction plans. In 1998 he joined the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and was awarded the contract to build a 38 unit luxury waterfront community. Since that time Neil and his team have designed and built hundreds of homes and continue to take great pride in the fit and finish of every home built.
Jake Huebert
Project Coordinator
In 2015, Jake joined Cornerstone Builders after graduating from the University of Missouri where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Jake grew up in the construction business and gained valuable experience and knowledge working hand in hand with his father restoring old buildings and homes. He also gained commercial construction experience as an intern for three highly successful development companies in St. Louis, Missouri. Jake is a vital part of the team and continues to expand his knowledge and skills and takes great pride in completing the many finishing touches that complete our homes.
Michael Convery
Senior Project Manager
Michael studied Architecture at the University of Colorado, Boulder and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design. He also worked hands-on remodeling homes in Boulder Colorado for many years then expanded his talents in Vail Colorado building out a 30 unit high-end custom home building subdivision. Michael also spent several years in the Carolina’s as a licensed contractor where he continued to master the art of constructing high quality homes. In 2016, Michael returned to Colorado and join the Cornerstone Builders team and has become an integral part of the company’s success.
Carol Ott
Accounts Manager
Carol is a specialized account manager and brings a wealth of accounting and home building skills to Cornerstone Builders with more than 20 years of industry experience. She meticulously keeps our accounting functions organized and running smooth with many longstanding relationships with our trade partners, vendors, title companies, and banks
